  1. Love the post about “healthy” weight loss saboteurs! Juice is a biggy. I have had some juices that have more sugar in them than a can of soda. It’s crazy! My body doesn’t like that at all. I used to feel sick after drinking Naked Juice so I stopped getting those, then realized they are loaded with sugar!
